Christmas. It’s everyone’s favorite time of year. Right? Wrong. It’s totally not. I had to find out the hard way.

 

Picture it, my life was thrown off kilter when my silver fox, quiet neighbor, with his rock-hard abs, buns of steel, and a smile that melts off every single pair of panties I put on, moved in. I felt like a creeper as much as I watched him, but I'm only human. When he comes sashaying over, I think... This is it. He's gonna ask me out.

 

But to my dismay, he only came over to tell me I was a psycho for putting up Christmas decorations so early, let alone at all.

 

Rude.

 

Since I didn’t have a valid comeback, I stormed off back into my house to plot his demise.

Who knew such a handsome man could be a grumpy ole Scrooge.

 

As if my luck couldn’t get any worse, my ex is back. Claiming he wants to get to know my daughter considering he’s been nonexistent her whole life.

 

He’s everywhere I turn, vowing never to give up until I start to give in. I have to remember, it’s all for the sake of our daughter.

 

Now, if my grumpy neighbor would just fall in love with Christmas and my ex would stop trying to get back with me… This holiday season would go smashingly.
