As Charlotte's 40th birthday approaches, she finds herself newly single and in no mood to celebrate. Her friends drag her out for dinner and drinks anyway, insisting that this is a milestone that simply can't be skipped. After having one too many, the group decides to walk through the mall connected to the restaurant and her friends dare her to sit on the sexy Santa's lap in the middle of the mall.
While in between modeling jobs, Nick decides to take a position as a mall Santa, much to his chagrin. When a group of rowdy women pass through, he can't help but notice the raven-haired beauty with the birthday girl tiara as she stumbles through the mall. It gets even harder when she sits on his lap to tell him what she wants for Christmas.
